Their Salesforce system was central to their daily operations, but much of the contract lifecycle management and document generation process still relied on manual work. This led to delays, inconsistencies, and difficulties in maintaining compliance.

To overcome these challenges, the organization partnered with Peeklogic to build a robust, automated solution within Salesforce, one that would integrate seamlessly with their existing tools like Conga, Jira, Pardot, and Outlook.
