How can we help you?
CRM-to-Salesforce Migration
We extract your data, processes, and workflows from HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, SugarCRM, Freshsales, Insightly, Zendesk Sell, or any other CRM.
Salesforce Classic to Lightning Migration
We handle the technical migration (metadata, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards) and the human migration (training, adoption planning, rollout strategy) as one coordinated project.
Salesforce Org-to-Org Migration
We handle full and partial org merges: metadata reconciliation, user and role hierarchy alignment, security and sharing model harmonization, record ID mapping and lookup reconciliation, and duplicate resolution.
Legacy System and Database Migration
We migrate data from on-premise SQL and Oracle databases, Access databases, Excel and CSV files, SharePoint, custom-built applications, ERP systems, and flat-file archives into Salesforce.
1GP to 2GP Managed Package Migration
We plan and execute the full migration: namespace strategy, org shape planning, package structure, metadata transfer, subscriber impact analysis, feature parameter setup, and Dev Hub configuration.
Data Mapping & Architecture
We map your existing data structures to Salesforce objects and relationships. (Field-to-field mapping, Custom object design, Relationship and hierarchy setup, Duplicate removal, Data normalization, Missing data enrichment)
Data Assessment & Standardization
Before migration, we analyze and prepare your data to ensure consistency and usability. Includes: Data structure analysis, Format standardization, Identification of duplicates and inconsistencies
Post-Migration Optimization
We ensure your system is fully functional and optimized after go-live. Includes: Performance checks, Data quality monitoring, User onboarding support.

What Can We Migrate
- Data— accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, activities, notes, attachments, files, custom objects, and historical records
- Relationships— lookups, master-detail, junction objects, many-to-many associations, account hierarchies, and contact roles
- Automation— workflows, approval processes, email templates, assignment rules, escalation rules, and scheduled jobs — rebuilt as Flows and Apex where appropriate
- Reports and dashboards— recreated in Salesforce with equivalent logic, filters, and groupings
- Integrations— re-pointed from the old system to Salesforce, or rebuilt using MuleSoft, Workato, or direct API
- Security— role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets, and field-level security mapped from the source system’s access model
- Users— user accounts, profiles, roles, and group memberships provisioned in Salesforce with SSO configuration where applicable
Migration Challenges We Solve
- Data loss and corruption— staged migrations with reconciliation at every step; rollback paths always defined
- Downtime and business disruption— cutover planned for minimum-impact windows; parallel runs for high-stakes orgs
- Broken relationships— record ID mapping and lookup reconciliation tested in Full Copy sandbox before production
- Duplicate records— deduplication at the source before migration, plus Salesforce Duplicate Management rules post-migration
- Automation conflicts— triggers, Flows, and validation rules disabled during bulk load, then re-enabled and tested systematically
- User adoption resistance— change management built into the migration plan, not bolted on after
- Historical data volume— clear decisions about what migrates, what archives, and what gets left behind, based on business value and compliance requirements
- Integration re-pointing— every integration re-tested against the new Salesforce org before go-live

Our Salesforce Migration Process
Assess
Source system audit: data model mapping, record volume inventory, data quality profiling, relationship mapping, automation inventory, integration dependencies, and user workflow documentation.
Plan
Based on the requirements, we design the integration architecture: which platform (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, native Salesforce, or custom API), which pattern, the canonical data model, error-handling strategy, and monitoring approach.
Cleanse and Transform
We cleanse at the source before migration begins: standardizing formats, normalizing values, deduplicating records, filling critical gaps, removing orphans, and archiving data that doesn’t belong in Salesforce
Migrate in Stages
Data loads flow through a staged pipeline: Partial Copy sandbox first, then Full Copy sandbox, then production.
Validate and Cut Over
We freeze the source system, run the final delta migration, validate against reconciliation reports, run rapid smoke tests on critical business processes, and open Salesforce to users.
Stabilize and Support
Our hypercare team monitors data integrity, resolves edge-case issues, tunes automation, supports users through the transition, and captures the first round of enhancement requests.
