September was an exciting and important month for Peeklogic. Our team took part in global Salesforce events, hosted and joined webinars, and shared new success stories and client case studies. We also published fresh blogs and released more resources on AI orchestration, Salesforce-Jira, NetSuite, and ServiceNow integrations. As always, we continue to combine professional growth with celebrating milestones together as a team.

1. Meet Peeklogic at Dreamforce

Our team will be attending Dreamforce, the largest Salesforce event of the year. This is a great opportunity to meet us in person, learn more about our products, and discuss integration and automation solutions. To make it easier, we prepared a dedicated blog about how to find Peeklogic at Dreamforce. 2. Upcoming Webinar – AI Triad: Supercharging Salesforce & NetSuite with ChatGPT

On October 7 at 12 PM CST, we are hosting our next free webinar: AI Triad: Supercharging Salesforce & NetSuite with ChatGPT. During this session, we will demonstrate two practical use cases. The first is AI-Assisted Executive Insights, where ChatGPT serves as a natural-language analyst, combining Salesforce and NetSuite data for real-time pipeline visibility and smarter forecasting. The second is Intelligent Customer Service Concierge, which uses AI to help agents and customers access orders, invoices, and history across Salesforce and NetSuite through simple conversations. 3. Webinar Replays – AI in Fintech and Salesforce Jira Integration

In September, we held and shared two successful webinars. The first one, AI in Fintech: Emotion & Identity with Salesforce + AWS Rekognition, explored how AI can improve customer engagement and identity verification in financial services. The second webinar, Salesforce Jira Integration with ChatGPT: Streamline Escalations, Speed Up, highlighted how AI can speed up issue management between Salesforce and Jira. You can find the recording here. Both sessions provided hands-on demonstrations and useful insights for teams working on integrations.

4. Case Studies – Salesforce in Healthcare

This month, we also shared case studies on Salesforce implementation in the healthcare sector. The first project focused on improving nurse recruitment efficiency with Salesforce integration and automation, helping streamline recruitment workflows and reduce time to hire. The second case study explored order and patient management with custom Salesforce development, where we created tailored solutions for better visibility and automation of patient-related processes. Both examples show how Salesforce can address specific challenges in healthcare organizations, leading to measurable improvements.

5. AI Orchestrator – Blog and New Video

To continue sharing insights on AI automation, we published a new blog, What Is AI Orchestration? Why It’s the Future of Intelligent Automation. The article explains how AI orchestration helps combine multiple AI tools into seamless workflows, making automation more effective and scalable. We also released a new video use case: Summarize Jira Comments in Salesforce with GPT. This example shows how AI can simplify communication and improve collaboration by turning complex Jira comment threads into easy-to-read summaries inside Salesforce.

6. Case Study – Salesforce-Jira Connector

We shared a new case study showcasing how our Salesforce-Jira Connector helped ECI Solutions overcome workflow challenges. The story, How ECI Solutions Eliminated Workflow Silos Between Salesforce and Jira, highlights how the connector created smoother collaboration between sales and development teams. By eliminating silos and enabling real-time updates across systems, ECI was able to improve productivity, reduce manual work, and deliver faster results. This case study shows the practical value of Salesforce-Jira integration.

7. Blogs – ServiceNow Connector

This month, we also published several blogs about ServiceNow integrations with Salesforce using the Peeklogic Connector. The first explains how to integrate Salesforce Project Management Tool (PMT) and ServiceNow. Another article shows how to streamline customer onboarding and project management with Precursive OBX and ServiceNow. We also published MuleSoft vs Peeklogic Connector for ServiceNow, comparing enterprise service management approaches. Finally, we shared a guide on streamlining Salesforce and ServiceNow development with Hutte. Each article provides practical insights for teams looking to improve cross-platform workflows.

8. Peeklogic Team News – Celebrating 10 Years

September was also special for our team as we celebrated Peeklogic’s 10th anniversary. From a small team of Salesforce enthusiasts, we have grown into a global company with offices in the USA, Poland, and Ukraine. Over the years, we have earned the trust of clients worldwide and continue to grow in both expertise and partnerships. Our team members also achieved new Salesforce certifications this month, showing their ongoing commitment to learning and professional development. Alongside work, we enjoyed celebrating together, combining professional growth with teamwork and fun.
