This month, we also shared case studies on Salesforce implementation in the healthcare sector. To continue sharing insights on AI automation, we published a new blog, What Is AI Orchestration? Why It’s the Future of Intelligent Automation. The article explains how AI orchestration helps combine multiple AI tools into seamless workflows, making automation more effective and scalable. We also released a new video use case: Summarize Jira Comments in Salesforce with GPT. This example shows how AI can simplify communication and improve collaboration by turning complex Jira comment threads into easy-to-read summaries inside Salesforce.

6. Case Study – Salesforce-Jira Connector

We shared a new case study showcasing how our Salesforce-Jira Connector helped ECI Solutions overcome workflow challenges. The story, How ECI Solutions Eliminated Workflow Silos Between Salesforce and Jira, highlights how the connector created smoother collaboration between sales and development teams. By eliminating silos and enabling real-time updates across systems, ECI was able to improve productivity, reduce manual work, and deliver faster results. This case study shows the practical value of Salesforce-Jira integration.

September was also special for our team as we celebrated Peeklogic’s 10th anniversary. Over the years, we have earned the trust of clients worldwide and continue to grow in both expertise and partnerships. Our team members also achieved new Salesforce certifications this month, showing their ongoing commitment to learning and professional development. Alongside work, we enjoyed celebrating together, combining professional growth with teamwork and fun.
