Texas Dreamin
This month, our CEO Serhii Hrushai attended Texas Dreamin and had a fantastic time connecting with fellow members of the Salesforce community. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas, build relationships, and learn from others shaping the Salesforce ecosystem. Events like this always reinforce how vibrant and supportive the Salesforce community really is. We’re thankful to everyone who made Texas Dreamin such a rewarding experience and are already looking forward to the next Dreamin event.

Case Studies – Chorus One and Megaport
We released two new video interviews with our clients on YouTube, giving a behind-the-scenes look at their experience working with Peeklogic. In one conversation, Scott Stafford joins Christina Hughes and Samuel Klehr from Chorus One to discuss how Peeklogic delivered a fully customized Salesforce CRM tailored to their business from the ground up. Another great interview features Siva Kumar Kapalavai from Megaport, who explains how Peeklogic helped streamline operations by integrating Jira with Salesforce. You can watch both interviews on our Peeklogic YouTube channel and read more about related projects like our Salesforce NPSP integration for a nonprofit fundraising platform and digital transformation for an immigration law firm.

New – CEO’s Blog
We also launched a new section of our website featuring blog posts from our CEO, Serhii Hrushai. In these articles, Serhii shares his expertise on Salesforce optimization, business automation, and AI applications. His posts are written with both technical and business audiences in mind, offering useful strategies and actionable insights. You can explore these thought pieces now in the Peeklogic blog.

Useful Salesforce Blogs
For Salesforce users in eCommerce, we published two very practical integration guides this month. The first explains how to implement a Salesforce-WooCommerce integration using AgentForce, enhanced with AI to streamline operations and improve customer experience. The second focuses on Salesforce-Magento integration, providing a seamless way to sync data between platforms.

AI Orchestration in Salesforce
We also published several new articles about our Peeklogic AI Orchestrator, which allows companies to combine multiple AI models inside Salesforce to solve real business challenges. In Proposal and Quote Magic, we explain how AI can generate tailored sales documentation with speed and precision. Our article on Partner Relationship Management shows how to monitor and support partnerships more effectively using AI signals and workflows. And in Sales Forecasting Reimagined, we share how market data and smart commentary can be merged to deliver more accurate and actionable forecasts.

Salesforce – Jira Integration
We also published new blogs focusing on practical use cases for Salesforce-Jira integration that address today’s business and compliance needs. One of our highlights is the article on autonomous deal-to-delivery orchestration, where we break down how to coordinate complex B2B sales from first contact to final delivery using Salesforce and Jira. Another blog explores real-time compliance tracking with Salesforce-Jira integration. With 2025’s stricter data governance requirements, real-time visibility into issue resolution and documentation is more important than ever.

Salesforce – ServiceNow Integration
Our newly introduced Peeklogic ServiceNow Connector also received a lot of attention in May, supported by several new blog releases. In the article on why integrating Salesforce and ServiceNow is the key to business innovation, we explore how bridging these two platforms unlocks new possibilities for automation, alignment, and visibility. We also compared MuleSoft and the Peeklogic ServiceNow Connector, focusing on implementation speed, customization, and cost-efficiency. For companies using Flosum, we shared a deep dive into the Flosum-ServiceNow integration via Peeklogic Connector, highlighting how change management can be automated and tracked with clarity.

Salesforce – Azure DevOps Integration
Our content team also expanded our library of Azure DevOps-related integration articles this month, offering fresh insights for development and operations teams. We discussed how to integrate Copado with Azure DevOps, providing continuous delivery tools for organizations that depend on both platforms. For teams using Campfire, our article on Campfire and Azure DevOps integration shows how workflows can be enhanced with better data synchronization. We also covered Mission Control and Azure DevOps integration, helping project managers align work between planning and development systems. Finally, our blog on Salesforce Service Cloud and Azure DevOps lifecycle integration explains how to bring service teams and engineers closer together by automating issue resolution and tracking from case to fix.

Our Team in May
May wasn’t just about products and blog posts, our Peeklogic team continued to grow, learn, and have fun together. We’re proud to share that we now have 27 Certified AI Specialists on the team, and two team members earned new certifications in Salesforce Data Cloud. In May, we also enjoyed a kart racing experience that brought out everyone’s competitive side, and we celebrated Vyshyvanka Day in the office, honoring Ukrainian heritage with traditional embroidered shirts.
That wraps up a dynamic and productive May at Peeklogic. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, the clients we’ve supported, and the new ideas we’ve brought into the Salesforce ecosystem.
