Meet Peeklogic at TDX 2026

We are preparing an upcoming webinar titled “Manage Jira from Slack with Agentforce AI: From Messages to Insights,” which will take place on April 9th at 12 PM CST. During this session, we will demonstrate how teams can streamline their workflows by combining Slack, Jira, and Agentforce AI. One of the key use cases we will cover is turning Slack messages into Jira tickets automatically, where a simple message can be transformed into a structured ticket with summary, description, priority, and assignment. We will also show how users can ask questions such as blockers or risks and receive instant AI-powered insights directly in Slack. This month, we hosted a webinar focused on Agentforce in FinTech, specifically around customer support and fee transparency. During the session, we demonstrated how AI agents can handle common customer inquiries such as transaction status, balances, and payment-related questions, while escalating more complex cases to human agents when necessary. Another important use case covered how Agentforce can clearly explain subscription plans, pricing structures, and fees to customers, helping reduce confusion and billing disputes. These scenarios highlight how AI can improve both operational efficiency and customer experience in financial services.
