August has been another exciting month at Peeklogic, full of new content for the Salesforce community, milestones, and sharing knowledge. These include new webinars, blogs, and videos, as well as celebrating our 10th anniversary. Here’s a summary of what happened this month.

This June is a very special time for us because Peeklogic turns 10 years old! What started as a small group of people who loved Salesforce has grown into a global business with offices in the US, Poland, and Ukraine that serves clients all over the world. In the last ten years, we have learned more, come up with new ideas, and formed strong partnerships with businesses in many different fields. We couldn’t have done any of this without our clients’ trust, our partners’ support, and our amazing team’s hard work. We want to thank everyone who has been a part of this journey from the bottom of our hearts.

Webinar coming up: ChatGPT and Salesforce Jira Integration

We’re happy to tell you about our next free webinar, “Salesforce Jira Integration with ChatGPT: Streamline Escalations, Speed Up,” which will take place on September 9 at 12 PM CST. We’ll talk about real-world examples in this session, like how ChatGPT scans Salesforce case notes, email threads, and Chatter logs to find urgent tone or negative sentiment and then automatically creates Jira tickets with all the information. We will also show you how ChatGPT can look over finished Jira issues and make polished release notes, client emails, and Confluence summaries. Replays of the webinars «Service Cloud + ChatGPT» and «Smarter Jira Workflows with Claude AI»

We held two important webinars in June. The first, “Service Cloud + ChatGPT: Supercharge Chatbots with AI,” showed how to use Amazon Recognition for things like verifying identity and booking appointments, as well as recognizing payments and smart routing. Here is the recording. The second webinar was about Smarter Salesforce-Jira Workflows with Claude AI. It showed how Claude AI makes Salesforce-Jira integration better by automating escalations and content creation in a way that is clearer and faster. You can watch the replay here.

AI Orchestrator: New Ways to Use Video

We made new videos showing how the Peeklogic AI Orchestrator can make daily tasks easier to show people how AI apps can be useful. These include using AI to automatically follow up on contracts, using GPT to automatically make Jira Issues with descriptions, and using Salesforce and smart emails to make Jira Issues. Each video shows how AI can cut down on manual work and boost productivity in all fields.

Blog: How to Connect Salesforce and NetSuite

We also posted a new blog that talks about the future of integrating Salesforce and NetSuite. The article “AI-Powered Revenue Intelligence: Salesforce NetSuite Integration for Predictive Analytics in 2025” talks about how businesses can use AI and predictive analytics to make their financial planning and revenue forecasting better. This article gives business leaders useful tips on how to better connect Salesforce and NetSuite.

We kept looking for useful ways to combine Salesforce, Jira, and AI this month. We talk about how AI can make escalations easier while still making sure that issue descriptions are clear and professional in our blog post about automatically creating Jira Issues from Salesforce Cases with ChatGPT formatting. Another article, Displaying Jira Status Summaries in Salesforce Using ChatGPT and Peeklogic Connector, shows you how to use ChatGPT and Peeklogic Connector to bring Jira updates into Salesforce so that you can see them better and make decisions faster.

Every article talks about ways to bring IT and business processes together.

News from the Peeklogic Team

Our team is still focused on growth and getting better at what they do. In June, a number of our members got new Salesforce certifications, which made our knowledge of platforms and integrations even stronger. At the same time, we make sure that learning is fun. This month, our offices got together for summer events where we mixed work and play to build team spirit and help each other grow professionally. This balance is what makes our culture of working together and coming up with new ideas.

The Salesforce community had a great month in June, with lots of big events, fun learning, and useful information. We’re proud to keep pushing innovation forward, from celebrating 10 years of Peeklogic to looking for new ways to combine Salesforce, AI, Jira, NetSuite, and ServiceNow. In the coming months, there will be more events, blogs, and success stories.
