April was a month of big launches, exciting stories, and team growth here at Peeklogic. Here’s what we’ve been up to.

Introducing Peeklogic AI Orchestrator

We launched our new product, the Peeklogic AI Orchestrator, a platform that makes managing multiple AI systems within Salesforce incredibly simple. It lets you embed AI directly into Salesforce workflows. It can manage different models for tasks like customer support, sales, or data analysis – all in real-time. The orchestrator processes live data and builds business-specific automations while keeping your data private and secure.

New Peeklogic Salesforce ServiceNow Connector

We also introduced the Peeklogic Salesforce ServiceNow Connector, a solution that keeps both platforms in sync in real-time. It automatically converts Salesforce cases into ServiceNow incidents without losing any context, streamlining cross-platform support. You can also tailor the data flow to match your organization’s processes, making it flexible enough for any environment.

Client Interviews on YouTube

This month, we released two new video interviews on YouTube with clients sharing their Salesforce journey with Peeklogic. In one, Scott Stafford sits down with Rochel Giter, founder of Vivi Consulting, to talk about how we customized their Salesforce. In another interview, Alastair Scarborough from ESMS Global LTD talks about how our team delivered a fully customized Salesforce system. He praised our team’s responsiveness and ability to understand and adapt to complex business needs.

New Salesforce Case Studies

We shared several new case studies this month, showing the real-world results of our Salesforce implementations. You can read how we unified donor data for a wildlife protection nonprofit, built a custom portal solution for a legal services company, and streamlined their operations with Salesforce. We also implemented Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud for another client, helping them better manage donations and operations.

Salesforce & Jira Integration: New Blogs

We published several new blogs this month focused on Salesforce and Jira integration. In one post, we explore how AI-enhanced resolution can predict and manage customer issues in 2025. Another article highlights how Salesforce Government Cloud and Jira integration can improve project management in the public sector. We also discussed how Jira-Salesforce integration supports remote teams by improving collaboration and tracking across distributed workforces.

NetSuite Integration: Strategy Meets Compliance

If you’re using Salesforce and NetSuite, we published some helpful resources to bridge the gap between the two. Our article on AI-powered predictive analytics explores how combined data from both platforms can lead to smarter, faster decisions. We also looked at how to ensure compliance with global standards through privacy-first Salesforce and NetSuite integration, helping companies meet regulations without compromising performance.

Azure DevOps & Salesforce: Integration Insights

Peeklogic Team

Internally, April was a month of growth and celebration for the Peeklogic team. We held several learning sessions and earned new Salesforce certifications across the team – something we’re proud of. To celebrate Easter, we hosted a pysanka workshop, giving everyone a creative break. Some of our team also headed to the mountains for a little fresh air and rest. Balancing work, learning, and culture is how we continue to grow as a strong and connected team.
