Peeklogic Jira Connector allows to turn on 2 way sync between Salesforce Cases files with Jira issues attachments. To make it happen you just need to place Peeklogic JiraCaseAttachments lightning component on the Cases page using Salesforce App Builder as per steps below.

Open any Salesforce Standard or Custom Object Record Detail Page View and Click Edit Page

Place Peeklogic JiraCaseAttachments Component to Enable Two-Way Sync for Attachments.

Make sure “Sync Attachments” checkbox is checked. Click Save

The Following Features of Two-Way Synchronization Become Available:

– When you drag-n-drop file to Peeklogic JiraCaseAttachments component, attachments would appear both – as Salesforce standard files/attachments and in Jira Issue attachments in Jira

РAfter you place the Peeklogic JiraCaseAttachments component to Salesforce Cases and turn on sync  Рall files from Salesforce cases will be synced to Jira Issue

– All files from Jira Issue would be synced to related to Salesforce Case Files and Attachments

– When you add a file to Jira issue in Jira – this file will appear related to Salesforce Case on Salesforce screen refresh
