Place an empty component to the page where Jira issue with chatter feeds will be visible

To Turn on Sync on Case Chatter Post Sync with Jira Issue Comments please ensure, that version of your Peeklogic Jira Connector is higher than 1.50

Navigate to Setup / Custom Settings

Click “Manage” next to “Jira Admin Settings” / Make sure checkbox “Enable Case Feeds Sync” is checked

above steps will allow you to pull Jira issue comments from Jira to Salesforce on the Page load and enables 2-way sync for Chatter Feeds and Jira Issue Comments
