With the help of Peeklogic Jira Connector you can configure updates from Salesforce Case or other Salesforce object to Jira Issue. For this you just need to navigate to Salesforce Process Builder or Flow page, and create a Process Builder invoking Peeklogic Apex classes.

Create Jira Issue – allows to configure Salesforce Process builder to create Jira issues in Jira when, for example, Salesforce Case is created. Peeklogic Transition Jira Issue – This invocable Apex class allows to be invoked from Salesforce Process builder or flow and allows to sync Salesforce Cases status field with Jira Issue Status field.

Edit Jira Issue – Allows to sync updates of the rest of fields from Salesforce cases to Jira Issues

Configure Salesforce Case fields mapping with Jira Issue Status field mapping values

Navigate to Peeklogic Jira Connector Setup / Project Settings / Click on Project Name / Select Issue Type / Automate Integration / Edit, next to your mapping configuration / Configure Status Change Options Mappings section to map Salesforce case statuses with Jira issue Statuses

In order to configure sync of other fields from Salesforce Case to Jira issue, you’d need only to Invoke other Apex class Edit Jira Issue  in your process builder. After that it’ll be tracking updates on Salesforce Case and will be sending updates from Salesforce Case to Jira
