Peeklogic Jira Connector – allows to link Jira issues directly to any Salesforce record no matter if it’s a custom or standard object. As an example you could link Jira Issues to Cases, Opportunities, Accounts, and any other standard or Custom object without limitations. Just follow the steps below.

Open Detail View of a Record You’d Like to Link Jira Issues to.

It could be Opportunity, Account, Custom Object and any other Standard Object.

Click Edit Page and Access Salesforce App Builder. Place Peeklogic Jira Content Component on the Page Layout.

Check checkboxes next to the following options to make sure they are visible on the component:

  • Create Jira Issue Button
  • Search Jira Issue Button
  • Create Sub Task Button
  • Link Jira Issue Button

If you created custom view to display the columns and fields, select it from “Related Jira Issues View” dropdown

Click Save

Click Search Jira Issue, find Issue to Link to a Salesforce Record and click the Checkbox Next to it.

Close the popup
