If you are using Jira Server version, or for some reason don’t install our Jira Cloud Extension, you could configure scheduled jobs to keep your Jira Issues inside Salesforce updated.

To Create a Scheduled job, click “New Scheduled Job” Button

Fill Name, and select period, for example 30 minutes. This will keep your Jira issues in Salesforce up to date every 30 minutes
