Peeklogic Jira Connector allows to automate your Salesforce and Jira Integration with the help of Salesforce Process builder. You can configure to create Jira Issue automatically for example when Salesforce Case record is created, or when Opportunity Stage is changed to Closed Won.

As far as Peeklogic Jira Connector uses Salesforce process builder to automate Salesforce and Jira Integration, it has the same flexibility.

Just follow steps below to Configure Automated Jira issue create from Salesforce with Process builder:

Navigate to Project Settings within Peeklogic Jira Connector Setup Page

2. Click on the Jira project within Salesforce CRM you’d like to configure

3. Click on Automate Integration tab within Peeklogic Jira Connector Project Settings and click New Automation.

Fill fields mapping to create Jira issue from Salesforce automatically and copy Process ID, as you’ll nee it on following steps

4. Navigate to Setup / Process Builder / New

Create your process builder to define triggering moment when Jira Issue should be created. When configuring Action – select Apex Class / Create Jira Issue

Fill required fields mapping and past ID you copied at the previous step to automateProcessId field. Activate your process builder.
